Defi-crime: condition, trends and criminological models

Objective : to develop a criminological concept of DeFi-crime and measures deter it. Methods dialectical materialism the general scientific methods cognition based on it, used in Russian criminology. Results as type digital crime was developed, i.e. new specific theory (DeFi-criminology) within structure criminology proposed. The information factors influencing state, trends were determined, for its deterrence by technological means Scientific novelty presented work is first only study conducted framework criminology, reflecting DeFi-crime, revealing main causes that form well describing options deterring this means. Practical significance results can be law enforcement activities when assessing potential threats from DeFicrime developing reduce them; educational – process teaching courses cybercriminology, criminology; research obtaining additional knowledge certain types DeFi–crime: DeFi-theft DeFi-fraud during their further DeFi-criminology.
